Service providers can use the Tool.

A person from ABC Supports in an office.

For example, ABC Supports is a small organisation that wants to:

  • keep its staff
  • meet the needs of participants.

A document that says 'Plan'.

ABC Supports used the Tool to create a plan for their workers.

The plan includes things such as:

2 support workers supporting a participant.

  • how many workers they need

2 support workers and a tick.

  • what skills their workers need to have.

A document that says 'Plan'. Next to it is a thumbs up.

The Tool also helped ABC Supports know what information they need to create a good plan.

ABC Supports also used the:

A document with a participant and a support worker shaking hands on it.

  • Recruitment and Selection Resources

A document with a tool icon on it. Under the tool icon is a section to fill out.

  • Position Description Tool.

These 2 tools helped them know:

  • what skills workers need
