Be a leader for government and disability organisations

An arrow curved around a group of people.

We will show other organisations how to be more inclusive.

We want to be a leader in this work for:

A government building next to people having a meeting.

  • government organisations

An office building next to a disability icon.

  • disability organisations.

A tick above 2 people shaking hands.

We also want to build trust with:

  • these organisations
  • people with disability.

Our aim is for people with disability to:

2 people looking at a document together.

  • get good NDIS services

2 people using a laptop together.

  • have good jobs

A person giving a thumbs up.

  • live a great life.

We will create a group to give us advice about:

A person with their hand raised next to a problem icon.

  • issues that affect people with disability

A rights icon next to someone pointing to themselves.

  • the rights of people with disability

A person with their hand raised next to a healthcare icon.

  • the health and wellbeing of people who take part in the NDIS.

A group of people with disability.

The group will include people with disability.

A group of people whispering about someone behind their back.

We will not accept discrimination against people with disability.

Discrimination is when someone treats you unfairly because of a part of who you are.

We will work with people with disability to create new ways to:

A hand holding a tool next to a problem icon.

  • help them fix issues they face

A provider supporting someone next to a badge with a tick on it.

  • make sure NDIS providers deliver good services.

A safety icon and a rights icon.

These ways will also protect their rights.
