What issues can you report?

You can report an issue when:

An unsafe icon.

  • your supports and services aren’t safe

A badge with a cross on it.

  • your supports and services aren’t good quality

A person with their hand raised next to a problem icon and an unsafe icon.

  • you feel unsafe reporting an issue to your NDIS provider

You can report an issue when someone:

  • asks you to pay too much

You can report an issue when someone:
